This continuous activation modify & coating machine can be used for dry surface modification of powder of various fineness from 325 mesh to 6000 mesh, such as the surface modification and activation of light calcium carbonate, ground calcium carbonate, washed kaolin, calcined coal kaolin, talcum, quartz powder, mica, aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide and brucite, ultrafine and precipitated barium sulfate, lithopone, white carbon black, titanium dioxide, coal ash, sericite, zinc oxide and other materials, while at the same time it can depolymerize and scatter the materials.

The purpose of this machine is complete the surface activation, coating and modification of powder materials. The dry powder material and precisely measured modifying agent from temperature control & additives adding system are sent to the unit at the same time by the screw conveyor. If use solid modifying agent, it will be heated and melt to the liquid state within temperature control & additives adding system, and then sent to the modification cylinder.
The main unit’s treatment to powder surface relies mainly on three modification cylinder. The modification cylinder composes of high-speed rotating spindle, impact hammer, rotor blade and other parts. Surface modifying agents and powder materials to be modified enter into the first cylinder automatically and continuously, impacted by airflow in different direction when flowing through each modification cylinder. High-speed rotation of the rotor makes special-designed modification cylinder form two-phase flow vortex, let the material and agents were fully scattered. The machine produces heat relies on the impact蘸迅袄卧善致竿头庸奥汕尤、shear and friction between the high-speed rotating rotor and powder material, so the powder and agents were heated up very fast inside the modification cylinder. Then both of them will reach to the necessary temperature required to modify powder surface, so that the powder and agents get fully mixed, and the agents can coat on the surface of powder more rapidly and evenly, finishing the coating and modification on the surface of powder materials. At last, the finished product will be cooled and collected by negative pressure cyclone powder collecting system in the back end.
The whole system produces no dust pollution and it is easy operated. The dosage of modifying agents per unit product is little. Meanwhile, it consumes low energy per unit product; don’t need another powder heating device. Modification temperature can be adjusted according to needs and it can reach 120 ~ 140 ℃ ; modified products do not reunion. The machine has good ability to break up and depolymerize ultrafine powders, which is especially applicable for the surface treatment of ultrafine powder.The machine can complete the compound modification using more than two kinds of modifying agents or more than two kinds of powder. And it can make up production line with dry mill and wet dryer to
achieve the integration of grinding and modification process.

1. The unit can work continually with a huge processing capacity, suitable for all scales of industrial production. Around 3000 tons can be actively modified each month for 1250 meshes of powder. 
2. The modification reagents have a high usage rate, small consumption (around 0.5% to 1% of activation reagents consumption), high powder coating rate and activated rate, and low energy consumption. 
3. The equipment has both modification and depolymerization functions. It is proper for all kinds of material sizes, and has a special modification, activation & coating effect on material with small density and big visual rate, such as barium sulfate, silica, mica powder and talcum powder. 
4. The machine adopts a special and mixed cold powder and hot reagents high-speed gas-solid phase vortex type operation mode. The mode has high modification efficiency and will not destroy the original shape of the powder. 
5. The material is processed under negative pressure with good sealing. No leak of the powder, no pollution; good operational environment; low labor intensity. 
6. The cooling and heating processing can be accomplished in the same machine. No independent heating or cooling system is required. The operation is simplified. 
7. Independent liquid and non-liquid dosing system. The dosing is continual, stable and even. 
8. The continuous activation modify & coating machine is possessed with a mature artificial intelligent control system, with simple and accurate operation. It can be applied to vertical mill computer control system and realizes a perfect connection.
